As another summer season comes to a close on Fire Island it seems as though it
went so fast but it was a beautiful summer weather wise. It is not often that
the long Memorial Day weekend and the Labor Day weekend are totally free of
rain. Thank you for making this our best season ever. As we head into this
our seventh year of service on Fire Island here are a few things to remember
when looking for a home out here. Seasonal rentals are sought after by most
in January and February while monthly rentals generally take place in March
and April. Weekly and Biweekly rentals have the best selection from May to
August. Stay ahead of the curve to assure yourself the best selection. Our
web site is updated on a daily basis so you can count on the most current
information available. We welcome you to our island paradise and hope you
have the same great time that those before you have had. Our agents live on
Fire Island and have vehicles available in the Fall, Winter, and Spring to
pick you up at Field 5 or at the train station and drive you across the beach
